On November 11, 2022, we held a workshop as part of the Migrant Women Empowerment project in Riga, Latvia. The workshop was well attended and brought together a diverse group of women from the local migrant community.

Presentation
The workshop began with a presentation that introduced the attendees to the key issues faced by migrant women, including language barriers, cultural differences, and challenges in accessing services and employment opportunities.
The presentation was well received, and the women were engaged and eager to learn more.

Activities
The activities were designed to be participatory, promoting engagement and active participation among the women. The women worked in small groups, sharing their experiences and learning from each other.
Throughout the workshop, the women were encouraged to ask questions and share their thoughts and opinions. The facilitators were available to provide support and guidance, and the atmosphere was supportive and inclusive.
At the end of the workshop, the women were given the opportunity to share what they had learned and what they would like to see in future workshops. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and the women expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to come together and learn from each other.
